在英國的中國公民注意簽證和居留許可證相關(guān)變化，即日起將暫停在英國人員持有中國簽證及居留許可入境中國，且不會發(fā)放健康狀況聲明書。新的入境通知實施意味著，在英國的人們近期不能返回中國，下面來看最新通知。

暫時停止持有效中國簽證、居留許可的在英人員入境的通知

因疫情原因，現(xiàn)宣布暫時停止在英國人員持目前有效中國簽證及工作類、私人事務(wù)類和團(tuán)聚類居留許可入境中國。中國駐英國使(領(lǐng))館將不為上述人員簽發(fā)《健康狀況聲明書》。

持外交、公務(wù)、禮遇、C字簽證人員不受影響。外國人如確有特殊緊急赴華需要，可向中國駐英國使(領(lǐng))館申請簽證，持2020年11月3日后簽發(fā)的簽證赴華入境不受影響。

這是中方為應(yīng)對當(dāng)前疫情不得已采取的臨時性措施。中方將根據(jù)疫情形勢及時作出調(diào)整并另行發(fā)布通知。

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, China has decided to temporarily suspend entry into China by non-Chinese nationals in the UK holding visas or residence permits still valid at the time of this announcement. The Chinese Embassy and Consulates in the UK will no longer issue Certified Health Declaration Form for the above-mentioned personnel.

Entry by holders of diplomatic, service, courtesy or C visas will not be affected. Foreign nationals visiting China for emergency needs may apply for visas at Chinese Embassy or Consulates. Entry by non-Chinese nationals in the UK with visas issued after 3 November 2020 will not be affected.

The suspension is a temporary response necessitated by the current situation of Covid-19. The above-mentioned measures will be assessed in accordance with the evolving situation and any adjustment will be announced accordingly.

關(guān)注英國政府近期提高恐襲風(fēng)險等級

近日，英國政府宣布將英國遭遇恐怖襲擊的風(fēng)險等級調(diào)整為“嚴(yán)重”。據(jù)了解，英國政府將恐襲風(fēng)險分為5個等級，從低到高依次是“低”、“一般”、“明顯”、“嚴(yán)重”、“極為嚴(yán)重”。當(dāng)風(fēng)險等級為“嚴(yán)重”時，表明發(fā)生恐襲的可能性很大?！　?/p>
